Appointment cancellation policy

For any appointment it is important that you respect the time because your place is RESERVED. The delay leads to an increase in waiting times for patients who respect their time slot.

On the other hand, if you are unable to show up, out of respect for the staff preparing the appointment and out of respect for the other patients who would like to see a dental hygienist, it is desirable to CANCEL the appointment, within a minimum of 24 hours. By failing to do so, you are depriving another patient in need of that same appointment.

Professional fees and methods of payment

The prices displayed for our professional fees may be changed without notice. In addition, they can be different depending on the complexity of the interventions.

We only accept payment by credit card (Visa or MasterCard), debit or cash. An invoice will be issued to you for insurance purposes in order to claim the amounts of eligible services according to your coverage.
